Oregon is one of the United States’s top three nursery production states and ranks Number 1 in the nation for the production of blackberries, boysenberries, hazelnuts, rhubarb, Christmas trees, some grass seeds, and potted florist azaleas.

One beautiful April day three generations of women visited the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm In Woodburn, Oregon, 35 miles south of Portland.

Opportunities abound for a stunning floral photo shoot, but this little pixie stole the show!

The adage, “Bloom where you’re planted” comes to mind. These two (plus a baby sister due later this summer and other family members) are why Meet You in the Morning is putting down roots (again) in Oregon.

Tulip Dig Day on June 8th, 2019 from 8:00am to 12 noon.

For $15 per person (age 8+) you can dig as many bulbs from the display beds and pots as you want. Bulbs are on a first come, first dig basis. Call 503-634-2243 for more info.
